Richard from Hawkins Service Company stopped by for the 6-month inspection of my pool equipment. He suggested a few changes and made sure everything was running properly. Instead of running to his next appointment, he sat down with me on my Lanai and explained in detail how my system worked and why he wanted me to do some things (clean the filter monthly, check the water weekly, etc.). I did not feel rushed. He was there for me and wanted to make sure I understood the next steps. Great guy. Great company!

Daniel Menhart came out on short notice, quickly fixed our issues with three drains, was super friendly, helpful and courteous. The price was very reasonable. We're hiring Hawkins to do a job at another house now as well. Thanks Daniel!

This is my second interaction with this company. This time they came out to do the AC inspection and quote. Not only are they professional but they're friendly and thorough. I highly recommend them. And by the way, because I'm part of the plan, I paid nothing for this service call.

I’ve had Hawkins out a few times for a recurring salt cell issue. DJ came out today and was so patient and kind. He explained everything, replaced two parts and got us back up and running. Hope I don’t need them again soon, but if I do, I’ll be asking for DJ!

I used Hawkins for a pool equipment install, and I was impressed from start to finish. The estimate they provided for a new variable speed pump and a salt cell generator was thorough and detailed. I got estimates from three different companies, and even though Hawkins didn't offer the lowest price, I chose to go with them because the thoroughness of their estimate made me feel confident that they would do a quality job. The technician, Arthur, was amazing. He was not only very knowledgeable, but also the pride he took in his work was impressive. A truly skilled tradesman.

The difference was Darius the service rep. I have had a lot of service reps across many different trades and without a doubt, Darius was the most professional, knowledgeable and helpful I have encountered. He took the time to explain all my options and the pros and cons of each choice.
