Daniel Menhart was sent to my home when my entire house backed up and had a sewer clog. He went up on the roof and used a snake machine to unclog my sewer through the roof vent.He was very technically skilled at sewer cleaning and is an amazing plumber. He's the best plumber ive ever used. Thank you Daniel Menhart for coming to my house and allowing me the ability to take a shower and use the restroom tonight in my own home instead of a the clubhouse in the trailer park community. Side note: Daniel Menhart is very handsome. He is a hot young man and wish him much success in life and his career. I am bit older than what he would be looking for in a woman, but he is definitely a catch. Thank you Daniel Menhart for coming to my house and solving my plumbing issues

I want to leave a review for Christopher Douglas. He was amazing, detailed, showed us everything and even found a problem he had since we got the AC that no technician had found before the safety switch was bad and causing the platform of the AC unit to continuously stay wet!!! Truly amazing customer service even at 1000pm. Attention to detail, very pleased and thankful for humans like him.

Luke was very professional and pleasant, and went through the plumbing checklist very clearly and concisely. What a great team you have!

We had Hawkins Plumbing complete a full plumbing replacement as well as replace our water heater, and we genuinely could not have asked for a better experience.As first-time homebuyers, we were completely overwhelmed trying to figure out who to trust with such a major project. Hawkins made the entire process incredibly easy. They were fast, efficient, communicative, and took care of everything for us from start to finish.One of the biggest reasons we chose Hawkins was that they do things **by the book**. We spoke with other companies that wanted us to pull permits ourselves or suggested doing things in ways we weren't completely comfortable with. Hawkins handled the permits and the process properly, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Their pricing was also very fair compared to the other quotes we received, especially considering the quality of the work and service.We worked primarily with Mark (sales/management) and Dustin, with Zachary also assisting on the project. I communicated with Mark and Dustin the most, and both were incredibly professional, responsive, and patient about walking me through everything.As a younger woman, person of color, and first-time homeowner trying to navigate plumbing, permits, and a major home repair, I especially appreciated that they always spoke to me with respect and professionalism. I never felt talked down to or dismissed when I had questions or concerns.Overall, Hawkins made what could have been an extremely stressful project feel manageable. Fantastic communication, fair pricing, quality work, and a team that actually does things the right way. I would absolutely recommend them!
