From the beginning with talking with Zachary, and then the workmanship of the Two Plumbers Joesph and “little” Frank it was a pleasure watching them work together with the removal of the old piping and the installation of new pipes in a Professional manner.I have already talked to Two of my friends and supplied them with the Company information because they may need their service in the future.

Used Hawkins for the first time since our pool install and I have to say Solomon is one of the best technicians I have worked with. He has exceptional customer service. Kudos to Hawkins for employing loyal and passionate employees like him!

Eddie came out as scheduled to replace my pool pump and discovered that the wiring wasn't done properly when the pump was 1st installed. The panel had been saturated at some point and dome of the wiring had deteriorated to the point of falling out. Compounding the problem, the electrician who installed our pool heater didn't wire it correctly. Eddie showed me the issue and explained it thoroughly. As I was panicking, he reassured me that he had already called his boss to make them aware but that Hawkins could do the work. I didn't have yo hunt down an electrician! (This wasn't an upsell - it was clear to see that the wiring was a shoddy DIY. We were lucky that nothing sparked a fire over the years. Eddie presented the quote - I'm hopeful it was a competitive rate! - and I accepted, feeling comfortable that in 2 days, electricians would rerun the wires, install a new panel and Eddie could finish the install he started. Sure enough, Eddie showed up on time and installed our new pool pump and filter when the electrical was done.Eddie was a lifesaver! He's even very coming back to train me on the pumps' app once I get a "Guest network" connected by Spectrum.I highly recommend Hawkins and their stellar staff, especially Eddie.
