Update: 3/30/26 First full pool eqiupment inspection and tune up under the pool plan. I highly recommend this for every pool owner. Again, another great Hawkins Associate, Solomon, did a thorough job and educated me in the process. This pool package is a great value. I wish I had it 2 years ago. Update: 2/13/26 Another great experience. Today I signed up for their membership on pool equipment protection. Very reasonable at $20 a month when another company's service tech call fee is $250 and the cheapest I found was $150. This gives me unlimited service calls included. Previous Review: I saw the Hawkins Service trucks at other residences in the Reserves at Long Lake Ranch so I gave them a try. So happy I did. My first experience was with Brian on my pool equipment. He made some suggestions and changed my set up and I have enjoyed my pool and spa so much. This week, Nathan came out and replaced some worn parts and gaskets. He was very kind, thorough, and professional. Today, Axel and Caleb were here to look at my water heater issues. The builder, MI Homes, had installed a 6-year old water heater at the time the house was built. Hawkins is installing a new one tomorrow. All the Hawkins crew is well-trained and professional. They don’t pressure sell and they are clean with their work and polite. I can’t recommend them enough. X
