Excellent service.!! Jacob, our technician did a great job and worked on our plumbing issues same day. He did a thorough job and kept communication with us prior to arrival. Jacob was punctual and was very nice.

Daniel came out to give me a quote on a couple toilets and a price for disconnecting and reconnecting the plumbing under the sink. He was very pleasant and answered many questions. Never made me feel rushed, I learned a lot from talking with him.

Our house had a sewer clog and Daniel Menhart was sent to our home from Hawkins Service Company. Daniel was very nice and kind and very knowledgeable about plumbing. He removed the toilet and snaked the cable a long distance. He pulled back a bunch of old wipes from before we moved in and got our house unclogged. He was amazing and is the reason we will call Hawkins Service Company if we have any future plumbing needs. Thank you, Daniel.

Daniel Menhart came to our house to unclog the sewer line as the whole house was backed up. The difficulty in unclogging the drain line was huge and he took the toilet off and cabled the drain over 80 ft before unclogging the line. He was very thorough. Thank you Daniel Menhart. You were amazing.

Our home is long and the original A/C system has a return and thermostat on only one end of the house. This caused the other far end to get hot and uncomfortable in the heat of the day. To address this problem we had a mixing box, additional duct work and a new return installed on the opposite side of the house. Hawkins had technicians Aaron F. and Chad (Jeffrey M.) come out to do the install. Chad and Aaron did an exceptional job. They got the work done efficiently and professionally. Both young men answered all my questions and were very helpful and friendly. The area was cleaned up and everything put back in place before they left. The new instal was checked to ensure it was working properly and I couldn't be happier. Normally when you walk from one side of the home to the other you can tell the temperature difference. Now this is no longer true! Thank you Chad and Aaron for a job well done.
